Corrections should be visible, attributable by choice, and proportionate to the issue.

Correction categories include factual, citation, definition, interpretation, methods, statistics, ethical or safeguarding, accessibility, attribution, privacy, and broken-link or technical records.

• Identify the affected page or statement where possible.
• Explain what appears wrong, incomplete, harmful, or inaccessible.
• Include a source or suggested change if useful; neither is required for the concern to be reviewed.

Email hello@neurosexology.org with the subject “Neurosexology — correction or accessibility.” A personal history is not required. Attribution is optional, and sensitive records should not be sent through ordinary email.

Minor changes include typographical, link, citation-format, metadata, and non-substantive accessibility repairs. Material changes affect a definition, claim, interpretation, method, safeguard, central proposition, or governing commitment and require version and dependency review.

The current founder-led process checks the affected record, source, claim type, scope, dependent pages, potential harm, and whether correction, clarification, limitation, open question, or no change is warranted. The reason for a material decision should be recorded.

Current evaluation is not independent peer review or formal dispute resolution.

A reporter may request credit, anonymity in the public log, or no public attribution. Identity, message text, affiliation, or quotation is not published without specific permission for that use.

• Future entries will show date reported, record affected, issue, decision, change made, date corrected, version affected, and credit only with permission.
• Minor technical repairs may be grouped when doing so does not hide a claim-sensitive change.

A record that can no longer support its central claim may be retracted or superseded. The prior version remains inspectable where appropriate, states its status, links to the current record, and is removed from normal navigation and indexing.

A good-faith methodological, conceptual, or ethical disagreement may remain unresolved. The response may be a visible limitation, counterargument, open issue, or future test rather than a claim that one side committed a factual error.

This founder-led project cannot promise immediate review, a detailed response to every note, crisis monitoring, legal remedy, or independent adjudication. Urgent matters belong with appropriate services or authorities.

Version 1.0 establishes the correction categories, submission route, evaluation boundary, log fields, and archive rule on August 9, 2026. No substantive amendment has yet been recorded.
